Martin is the founder of Participation.Rocks, an organization dedicated to participative forms of learning and work, and has been engaged in learning and knowledge programs for 20 years. He helps companies bring learning into the work context and create better framework conditions for self-organization and entrepreneurial action, including the promotion of more ecological and sustainable operations. Martin is also an organizer of industry events such as the Swiss Social Collaboration Summit, which focuses on collaborative ways of working and learning together.

Katharina is a transformation facilitator, team developer and consultant for collaboration and networking. She was the first person to spread WOL within an organization and is responsible for the largest WOL implementation anywhere: a WOL program at Bosch that reached people in 50+ countries and integrated WOL into formal corporate programs. Her founding work with the WOL Community of Practice won her an HR Excellence Award for Collaboration and Employee Engagement. Katharina is CEO of Connecting Humans, with which she supports the WOL movement internationally.

Sophie is a business psychologist, new work facilitator, communications expert and CMO of Connecting Humans. Mara is based in Auckland, New Zealand, and has been delivering WOL Programs across Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific region. Pioneering Working Out Loud in a Collaboration Center of Excellence, with Founder John Stepper, she has been part of the WOL movement since its inception.

Jens is an innovation expert and user experience designer. He first got in touch with Working Out Loud when designing a new look for the WOL #FrauenStärken program and soon took over the redesign of the global WOL brand ecosystem. Since 2021, he is part of the #FrauenStärken co-creation team, has supported the WOL team to create a consistent brand look and feel across all digital and physical touchpoints and aims to continuously improve the overall customer experience. Starting in 2024, he is now active as WOL for Teams Coach and Chief Innovation Officer of Connecting Humans, with which he supports the WOL movement internationally.
